Support for anxiety, stress, confidence, habits and emotional wellbeing
Mindset and emotional wellbeing play a significant role in how we cope with daily life, health challenges and periods of change. Anxiety, stress, low confidence, sleep difficulties and unhelpful habits can develop gradually and often overlap, particularly during pregnancy, postnatal recovery and menopause.
Support focuses on understanding what is driving these patterns and helping you feel more in control of how you think, feel and respond.
Making changes — whether related to health, habits, recovery or lifestyle — is rarely just about knowledge or willpower. Mindset, beliefs and subconscious patterns strongly influence how we respond to challenges, cope with setbacks and maintain change over time.
Many of the difficulties below overlap and often develop gradually, particularly during periods of increased stress, hormonal change, pregnancy, postnatal recovery or menopause.
This may include ongoing worry, racing thoughts, feeling on edge, difficulty switching off, or a constant sense of pressure. Many women also describe feeling overwhelmed by responsibilities, expectations or mental load.
Low confidence, reduced self-esteem, imposter syndrome or persistent self-doubt can affect decision-making, motivation and how supported or capable someone feels — particularly following changes in health, body image or life circumstances.
Unhelpful habits can develop as coping strategies and may include emotional eating, comfort eating, increased alcohol intake, perfectionism, procrastination or difficulty breaking established patterns.
Problems falling asleep, staying asleep or waking feeling unrefreshed are common during periods of stress, hormonal change or ongoing mental load, and can then worsen mood, energy and resilience.
Low motivation, mental fatigue or difficulty following through with intentions can be linked to stress, overwhelm, self-doubt or subconscious beliefs that make change feel harder than it needs to be.

Changes in body image, weight, confidence or identity can have a significant emotional impact. This may be particularly relevant during pregnancy, postnatal recovery or menopause.

Support focuses on addressing the underlying patterns that influence how you think, feel and behave, rather than simply managing symptoms on the surface.
A key part of this work involves CONTROL-based subconscious change and hypnosis, which helps identify and shift unhelpful patterns that may be driving anxiety, stress, low confidence, sleep difficulties or habitual behaviours. This approach works at a subconscious level, where many automatic responses and coping strategies are formed.
Alongside this, support may include:
Practical tools to improve emotional regulation and resilience
Strategies to support better sleep patterns
Guidance around stress management and overwhelm
Journalling and reflection exercises to increase awareness and insight
Support with breaking unhelpful habits and reinforcing positive change
Where relevant, mindset support may also sit alongside physiotherapy, menopause mentoring or lifestyle guidance, particularly when emotional wellbeing is influencing physical symptoms such as pain, fatigue or sleep disruption.
All support is tailored to the individual, recognising that mindset and mental health challenges rarely exist in isolation and often overlap with physical health, hormonal change and life circumstances.
If you’re struggling with anxiety, stress, low confidence, sleep difficulties, unhelpful habits or emotional wellbeing, the first step is often to talk things through.
A free consultation gives us the opportunity to explore what’s been going on for you, what you’d like to change, and whether CONTROL-based subconscious work or another approach would be the best fit. This also allows space to discuss any physical symptoms, hormonal changes or lifestyle factors that may be contributing.
From there, we can decide together on the most appropriate next steps, tailored to your individual needs.
