Subconscious and Mindset: The First Step to Managing Menopause

An online mini course designed to support women through perimenopause and menopause by addressing mindset and subconscious patterns that can influence symptoms, behaviours and emotional wellbeing.

This course focuses on:

  • Understanding the role of the subconscious in menopause

  • Reducing stress and overwhelm

  • Supporting emotional wellbeing

  • Creating sustainable mindset shifts that support long-term health

This course is suitable for women who want a deeper understanding of how mindset affects menopause symptoms and who prefer to work through the content at their own pace.

CONTROL Workshop

A practical, in-person workshop using CONTROL hypnosis, a form of hypnosis that works with the subconscious mind to support change. This workshop is suitable for women who want to address anxiety, stress, confidence, sleep, habits or emotional wellbeing in a supportive group setting.

The workshop focuses on understanding subconscious patterns and learning practical tools to support lasting change.
