I’m a physiotherapist with over 20 years’ experience, and I’ve specialised in women’s health for the past decade. Alongside physiotherapy, I’m a Pilates instructor and remedial hypnotist — bringing the mind–body connection into every aspect of my work.
I’ve also undertaken extensive training in menopause and women’s wellness, and work as a menopause mentor to support women through this stage of life with clarity and confidence.
My approach combines clinical expertise with genuine understanding — helping you feel listened to, supported, and empowered to take control of your health.


Your first session starts with a detailed conversation about your symptoms, goals and overall wellbeing. Whether you’re coming for physiotherapy, pregnancy or postnatal care, menopause support or remedial hypnosis, every appointment begins with understanding your story.
We’ll look at what’s really going on through assessment and discussion, and then create a personalised plan for your next steps. This may include hands-on treatment, exercises, strategies to use at home, lifestyle and mindset work, and recommendations for ongoing support depending on what you need.
