The Making Sense of Menopause Programme is currently in development and is based on the SENSSE® method, a structured approach that focuses on building strong foundations for long-term health and wellbeing during perimenopause and postmenopause.
Rather than focusing on individual symptoms in isolation, the programme is designed to help you understand what is happening in your body and mind, and to create meaningful, realistic lifestyle changes that support how you feel day to day.
The programme is structured around the SENSSE® method, focusing on building strong foundations for sustainable change during perimenopause and postmenopause.
Subconscious and mindset
Understanding how subconscious beliefs, habits and stress responses influence symptoms, behaviour and wellbeing.
Empowerment and goal-setting (including education)
Making sense of menopause, understanding what’s happening in your body, and setting realistic, meaningful goals that fit your life and energy levels.
Nutrition
Practical, evidence-informed guidance to support energy, weight management and overall health.
Stress management
Reducing overload and supporting nervous system regulation in everyday life.
Sleep
Strategies to improve sleep quality and support recovery.
Exercise and movement
Using movement to support joint health, strength, energy and long-term wellbeing.
Together, these elements create a structured, whole-person approach that focuses on long-term wellbeing rather than short-term symptom management.

Subconscious and Mindset: The First Step to Managing Menopause
This mini-course focuses on the subconscious and mindset foundations needed to create lasting change, using the EESE™ Framework.
Exploring subconscious patterns that may be influencing symptoms, habits, motivation and wellbeing
Evaluating where these patterns may be keeping you stuck or making change harder
Shifting unhelpful patterns using practical tools and techniques you can apply in daily life
Embedding new, more supportive responses to help changes last beyond the course
This course is designed to help you create the mental and emotional foundations for change before moving on to lifestyle areas such as nutrition, sleep, stress and movement within the full programme.
The full Making Sense of Menopause Programme will expand on this foundation with additional modules, resources and support. Further details will be shared soon.
