What Our Clients Say About Us

Meet Roberta

I’m a women’s health physiotherapist with over 20 years of experience, specialising in pelvic health, joint pain and movement-related issues affecting women during menopause, pregnancy and postnatal recovery.

I previously worked in the NHS, where I saw how limited appointments often meant focusing on a single issue rather than looking at the full picture. This made it difficult to support women with multiple or ongoing symptoms.

Since moving into private practice, I’ve worked with many women who have been left unsure what to do, managing symptoms on their own or feeling that their concerns haven’t been fully addressed.

My approach focuses on understanding what’s causing your symptoms and helping you manage them with a clear, practical plan. I look at the whole picture, including your symptoms, movement, lifestyle and how your body is changing over time.

Alongside physiotherapy, I also offer Pilates to support strength, mobility and long-term recovery.

What to expect from your appointment?

Your first appointment is an assessment to understand what’s going on and what you need.

We’ll start by talking through your symptoms, your medical history and how things are affecting your daily life, work or exercise.

We’ll then look at how your body is moving and functioning. This may include specific assessment of the area that’s causing the problem. For pelvic health concerns, this may include an internal examination, which is always optional and fully explained beforehand.

From there, we’ll discuss what’s likely causing your symptoms and agree on a clear plan to help you manage them. This may include hands-on treatment, exercises, and advice on movement and activity, depending on what’s most appropriate for you.
