Stay Strong, Mobile & Confident After Menopause

Ideal if you want to stay strong, mobile and active after menopause, or feel like your body isn’t quite working the way it used to.

After menopause, many women notice changes in strength, balance, joint comfort and overall mobility — even if they haven’t had any injuries.

This talk will help you understand what’s happening in your body and, more importantly, what you can do about it.

We’ll cover:

• Why strength and muscle loss happens after menopause

• How to support your bone health and reduce future risk

• Simple ways to improve balance and prevent stiffness or injury

• The role of pelvic health in staying active and confident

• How to exercise safely and effectively

You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of your body and practical steps you can start straight away.

Pelvic Health & Joint Pain During Menopause

Ideal if you’ve noticed symptoms like bladder changes, joint pain or stiffness and want to understand what’s going on.

Many women experience symptoms such as pelvic floor issues, joint pain or stiffness during perimenopause — but aren’t always sure why it’s happening or what can be improved.

This talk will help you understand the changes taking place in your body and how they can affect how you feel and move day to day.

We’ll cover:

• What happens to your hormones during perimenopause and how this impacts your body

• Common pelvic health symptoms (including bladder and prolapse issues)

• Why joint pain and stiffness can increase during this stage

• How movement and exercise can support your body

• What you can do to manage symptoms effectively

• When to seek further support

This session is designed to give you clarity, reassurance and a clear sense of what to do next.
